Platform Specific Help

Windows Vista

Under Windows Vista some permissions need to be changed.

Using explorer navigate to to C:\Program Files\XBMC\

Right click on the 'web' folder and go to properties.

Go to the 'Security' tab.

Give the 'Users' group 'Full Control'.

Mac OS X

There is a small bug in XBMC that will cause it to crash after playing one song with the streamer. The work around is to load a video or music file in XBMC (not the streamer) before using the streamer. It's fine to just quickly play and stop the file. Everything will then work smoothly until XBMC is shutdown. The developers of XBMC have addressed and it has been fixed in the latest XBMC 9.10 Babylon release.

Apple TV

If using Apple TV please upgrade to XBMC 9.10 Babylon.

XBOX

No current issues.
